There's not much to say about this other than it was extremely tight on time, very high pressure, highly visible, and critical to the ongoing success of the banking group. Given the nature of the content I could not use my team, and could not discuss what I was working on.
It is what it is - now out of date already, but it was the start of the design team leading the business. This was the Lead Designer for the bank working with the CEO to define and explain our future path. At the time I just got on with it, but it is only now that I see this was the start of the transition I'd been working so hard to achieve. I just wish I could re-do it with all the new stuff.
The brief: Define the future vision for a banking group and figure out a way to communicate it to the Board of Directors and Shareholders. Then deliver it in under 4 weeks.
Outcomes: It went down well. It unlocked a new round of shareholder value. It unlocked the bonus pot. It was a throw away piece of work, but is still used internally as a way to show the direction of travel.
